We Are Thankful For...
|
The students made fall trees and wrote on each leaf things they are thankful for. Here are just a few things the students are thankful for: food, shelter, family, friends, pets, school, and so much more.

Vincent Van Gogh's 'Sunflowers'
|
Our first Masterpiece of the Month was to replicate Vincent Van Gogh's painting "Sunflowers". The students sketched their picture first and then painted their sunflowers. They used their knowledge of color mixing and line in this project.

Mixing Colors
|
Here the students learned how to mix the primary colors, red, blue, and yellow to make secondary colors orange, green, and purple.
