PTA
Please join our Parent Teacher Association this year. Our PTA raises money for classroom supplies and field trips through various fundraisers held in the Fall and Spring of each school year. Our PTA can always use some extra volunteers to help with selling items after school on Wednesdays, fundraisers, Santa Shop, assemblies, and other special projects they are working on. Please stop by the school office today to find out how you can become a PTA member. Thank you for supporting your child's school.

Wellness Policy
The Mountain View School District and Ranch View School are developing a Wellness Policy. More information will be coming home with your child about this new policy. Until more information is sent home, please consider the following when sending snacks to school to share with the class. If you are bringing in a birthday treat, consider bringing in smaller portion sizes and a healthy alternative. For example, instead of bringing in large sized cupcakes from a super warehouse store, bring in the small bite size cupcakes and a fruit snack. Birthday pencils would also be a great choice. Classroom parties will also be changed due to this policy. Please read each newsletter carefully that comes home with your child so that we can support this new policy together. Thank you for all of your support!!!

Your child may wear his or her costume for the parade but is encouraged to bring a change of clothes to change into after the parade. Our normal classroom routine will follow after the parade is over. We will have our party in the afternoon.
